Pack the Items
Place the unworn products in their original packaging, including all tags and labels, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
